It's still not to late to save some face...physically and emotionally.

Yeah... It was hard enough doing the shameface one... I think I'm going to end this facade.

Okay, I'm now jumping into this thread face-first, guys. I think that karma is pretty much a shoo-in, since it's been part of the series from the beginning. Not to mention that the announcement clearly states that "the path the gameplay and story take will depend on the decisions you make along the way".

Now, this could mean a karma system like in inFAMOUS 1 & 2. But I'm really hoping that they introduce a little maturity, along the lines of Footloose's excellent suggestion. It would be exciting to see complicated choices that ditch the simplified explanations as to the consequences of each action. I think we're smart enough to judge good and bad on our own. Not being forced to choose either definite side each time would leave room for surprise.

According to SPP's post, choices are coming back, so I assume that means karma is coming back, but it my be revamped somehow.
In the trailer his powers and attire had a red theme. Evil karma, or his neutral look you think?

this, if not. Just ask us at the start of the game whether we´re doing a cock or saint playthrough

Well, smoke powers tend to revolve around fire, so it seems like a basic, neutral look. Keeping in mind that we have no idea whether Delsin's going to have powers outside of the smoke-fire range. I'm hoping there won't be too much selection, since straying too far from a central idea could lead to gameplay dispersing.

And somehow I don't want to see as clear signs of your karmic nature as blue/red powers. I want to feel my choices through the story, not as tools to get some cool power.

We’re not discussing gameplay features, mechanics, or additional storyline details at this time, but we can tell you that Delsin’s choices will play an important role in the story as his decisions will ultimately determine the future of everyone around him.

So that doesn't necessarily mean the same morality system will be in place, but it does confirm that the player will have to make choices.
