In 1997, we started Sucker Punch Productions to make great games, and we’ve spent the last 17 years doing just that. We produced three award-winning PS2 games starring the wily raccoon thief Sly Cooper, all of which met with critical acclaim, commercial success, and file cabinets full of fan mail. Some of it written in crayon. In May 2009, we released the open-world superhero game inFAMOUS, which set the stage for Cole MacGrath's story and met with excellent reviews and solid footing at the top of the PS3 sales charts. June 7, 2011 marked the launch of inFAMOUS 2 that furthered Cole's superhero action-adventure story.  As for our next game Second Son… well, that’s where you come in!

Sucker Punch takes an entire floor of a skyscraper in downtown Bellevue, a work environment customized to emphasize collaboration. In particular, we are currently looking for:


Lead Sound Designer

Sucker Punch Productions is looking for a Lead Sound Designer!  We are looking for a dynamic, Lead Sound Designer who can direct and implement audio for every action and movement in the game, scripted events and the HUD?UI.  You will also work alongside the team who does the sound design for the cinematics, the team doing in-game music, and work with both of them on the final game mix.  Games production experience is essential.


Senior Producer

Sucker Punch Productions is looking for a senior level Producer to help kick start our next big thing!  The ideal candidate has prior experience in game development and has a keen knowledge of how each discipline operates and interacts.  You need to be technical enough to speak with the programmers, artists, and have enough experience shipping games to make great decisions on many axes.  Self-direction and follow-up skills are a must, as well as the ability to anticipate production issues and find effective games on time with the highest quality.  Strong organization, communication and project management skills are a must!


Lead Designer For User-Generated Content

The User-Generated Content feature introduced in inFAMOUS 2 gives players the ability to create and share their own missions, mini-games, contraptions, stories, conceptual art installations, parodies, challenges... the possibilities are endless.  In the first two weeks after inFAMOUS 2 was launched, players published more than 20,000 creations, and downloaded and played 2 million (!) creations from other players.


Senior Game Designer

Sucker Punch Productions is looking for a Senior Game Designer who has that rare ability to string together a handful of game mechanics into a cohesive mission that makes people's palms sweat!  We are looking for a tried and tested designer who has carried significant design responsibility on successful, shipping titles.  We need someone who sees the whole game, not just a piece or two of it.
